Prescriptive section — This door requires:
A complete pivot hinge system that consists of a bottom pivot hidden in the door for the controlled motion, a floor plate to transfer the weight load to the floor and a top pivot with a telescopic pin in the top of the door that connects to the ceiling plate.
This door requires the functionality as offered by a FritsJurgens System Fx Slim pivot hinge set:
Hold positions at 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° with free swing in between, holding force Gentle (20 Nm) (not self-closing)
For interior doors with a closed steel or aluminum box profile of minimally 40 x 20 x 2 mm; bottom pivot and top pivot are 18 mm high and slide into the profile without adapters.
All components are made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum.
Pivot position variable, minimally 70 mm from the edge of the door.
Door weight: up to 209 kg
Floor plate: squared, radially adjustable (+2.5° to -2.5°), mounted on the floor, in black or stainless steel finish.
