Effortless movement, whatever the weight
Weight should never change how a door feels to move. Every FritsJurgens system is engineered to deliver its own precise movement, free-swinging, soft hydraulic closing, or a firm hold at a preset position, and light doors move with the same smooth, balanced motion as doors up to 500 kg. The result stays silent, secure and consistent, for decades, not only on the day of installation.
Easy to install
Innovation only counts if it adds real value on site. Every system is designed to be milled and mounted efficiently: plug and play, even in a finished space, with installation that takes no more than 30 minutes. The same system that performs for decades also has to earn its place on the job site, on the day it is fitted.
Freedom of design
Our systems can be applied to a wide range of materials, such as timber, steel, stone or composite, from the lightest door to the heaviest at 500 kg, up to four metres wide, with no limit on height. That freedom extends beyond a single door too: pivoting walls, floor to ceiling doors, hidden passageways, placed at the side or the centre, whichever suits the space.
Invisible hardware, integrated in the door
No floor boxes, no visible fittings: only two small, visible plates at floor and ceiling level remain, because every FritsJurgens system integrates fully inside the door. That is what gives architects freedom in design, material and planning. There is no need to work around the pivot point early in a project. Concrete, natural stone, timber or underfloor heating, the door integrates once it is ready.
Designed and developed in-house
Every FritsJurgens system is designed, developed and kept in-house. One belief has guided that work from the start: the perfect design is innovative, functional, beautiful and usable. Our own R&D team refines what is already in the field and shapes what comes next, studying everything that affects how a pivot door performs, not only the hinge itself: the frame, the floor, the material, the installation. What we learn, we share.
Backed by rigorous testing
Every FritsJurgens system is tested to withstand 500,000 cycles before it leaves the factory, assembled in a space dedicated to our quality standards, and checked against a golden sample so quality and performance never drift. Should the exceptional happen, we resolve it. It rarely does.
Our own stock, our word
We manage our own inventory. A delivery date from FritsJurgens is a commitment, not an estimate, because keeping it does not depend on someone else's supply chain.
