Digital Marketing Specialist
You are an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist and seeking a new challenge. You possess at least 4-5 years of Digital Marketing experience and are open to travel across the MESAC region (Middle East, SAARC countries, and China) for customer visits. Your practical expertise
- 4-5 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience in UAE/SAARC
- Master’s degree in marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in English and added advantage for people who are well versed with any one of these languages: Arabic, Chinese, and/or Turkish
- Solid grasp of Meta and Google AdWords, SEO, paid search, display and video advertising
- Track record in email marketing and lead generation
- Creative mindset for crafting engaging content
- Proven execution of marketing strategies across online and offline platforms
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Understand the overall local brand, content, sales, and marketing strategy and its contribution to top-line revenues.
- Set up, optimize, create, and execute organic and paid ad campaigns on social media and digital platforms such as Meta and Google.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing events to measure impact and identify areas of development.
- Design effective emails that generate leads and awareness.
- Develop and manage necessary social media handles for the brand in the MESAC region.
- Effective SEO, paid search, display and video advertising, email marketing, and analytics, in line with the marketing and campaign strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Regular market audit of POS and planogram implementation and installed brand assets.
- Look after all trade promotions and place, execute, and track performance based on the marketing calendar.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at FritsJurgens, you will
- Execute annual marketing plans to support partners effectively and efficiently both on digital and on-ground.
- Source marketing material for all partners to work and track on agreed shared budgets.
- Collaborate with our Marketing Strategist to align digital campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Work closely with other roles on planning and executing various architect, sales, exhibition meets, and events.
- Visit the market with our Business Developer to create the necessary inputs & create incremental enthusiasm to drive sales.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with relevant media for PR activities (offline and online).
