Project details

Rotterdam Residence

In this Rotterdam residence, refined materiality meets pure integration. The pivot door disappears seamlessly into a wall of vertical wood slats, creating a calm, unified surface. When opened, it reveals a soft contrast, warm textures, natural stone, and subtle lighting that enrich the spatial depth.

The precision of FritsJurgens System M ensures that every movement feels effortless and controlled. Its perfectly balanced motion adds to the space’s serene character, allowing the door to function as both a sculptural element and a discreet passage.

This project exemplifies craftsmanship and restraint; a study in architectural harmony where technology remains unseen, yet deeply felt.
